Customer Service
Customer service is available to assist you with any of your service hookup, termination and billing questions.
Our normal work hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday except on legal holidays. For emergency service
call 207-886-4449 anytime of the day or night. You may pay your

How to Read Your Bill
Customers are billed three months in advance. There is a minimum charge of $37.00 for up to 1,200 cubic feet of water. If a customer uses more than 1,200 cubic feet of water then the additional amount is added to their next bill.

Disconnect Process
The bill goes out on the 1st of the month, and is due by the first of the next month. On the 14th, a disconnection notice is sent giving the customer 10 business days to pay. If the bill isn't paid we send out a technician to collect the bill plus a $35.00 collection trip fee. If the bill is not collected, water is shut off.
